Atlas personal assistant agent · Last updated 5 September 2026

Who this covers

Atlas is a single-user personal assistant operated by Hadi El Kadi on private hardware. The only person whose data it accesses is its operator. There are no other users, no customers, and no third-party accounts involved.

What data is accessed

With the operator's explicit authorisation, Atlas may access:

How that data is used

Data is used solely to carry out tasks the operator has asked for — searching, summarising, drafting, scheduling, organising, and publishing. It is used at the moment of the request and is not used for advertising, profiling, model training, or any secondary purpose.

Storage and retention

Atlas runs on the operator's own machine. Retrieved content is held only in working memory and in local files on that machine, under the operator's control, and can be deleted by him at any time. OAuth tokens are stored in the operating system keychain on that machine. No copy of Google user data is kept on any server controlled by this application.

Sharing and transfer

Google user data is not sold, rented, traded, or transferred to third parties. It is not shared for advertising or analytics. Data leaves the operator's machine only where an action he has explicitly requested requires it — for example, sending an email he asked to be sent, or uploading a video he asked to be published.

Limited Use

Atlas's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Security

Access is restricted to the operator's own machine, which is protected by operating system account controls. Credentials are held in the system keychain rather than in plain text. Only the minimum scopes required for a requested task are authorised.

Revoking access

The operator may withdraw Atlas's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation immediately invalidates all stored tokens.
